“Sometimes, faith looks like trusting that God Almighty has embedded in your soul the very things you need to sustain you in a particular season”.
Man, did that speak to me this morning! I’ve been reading you for a while now and sending bits and bytes to my 3 sons. They are all grown ass men as they remind me frequently but have fallen away from faith. I still continue and pray that when they read my “missives” something will hit. Ahh, a mother’s love.
I am also an RN, retired as in re-tired, so I fancy myself a bit of a scientist too. It has struck me in the past and again reading your newsletter this morning how our Creator keeps us knowledgeable bit by bit, like a good parent reveals truth and reality to our infants, children, preteen, tween and teenagers age appropriately. I failed at this at different times and experienced the sorrow and confusion that brought us.
God is good and I am sure He is just revealing what our human brains can withstand.

Seriously I really enjoy and benefit from what you write. I’m paid now and that makes me real, right? In capitalism it does but for much, much, much, more . Sad but true. Anyway I’m keeping you from your writing and can’t wait till the book comes out!
